Thriving with PTSD.
Former solider Matt Bruce served in Afghanistan and Jordan, however once he returned home to Australia Matt recalls how the experience changed him. Unhealthy habits and the breakdown of his relationship were the tipping point that lead to Matt’s diagnoses of PTSD and depression. Needing more support than a doctor was able to prescribe, Matt decided to seek help from a naturopath, which started his health journey. Practising Meditation and Yoga has played a huge part in Matt’s healthy lifestyle and has subsequently enabled him to work through his PTSD. Dedicated to his healing journey from PTSD, Matt has released a book called Warriors War which he hopes will provide an honest insight to the struggles he and many others face. Today Matt encourages more men to find their happy through his course ‘Thriving with PTSD’.
