Direct Cremation

Package price

1. Arrangement Tuesday to Thursday during office hours by phone, email or at our office

2. Transfer of the deceased into our care within 70km of our Highgate or Mandurah Mortuary

3. Respectful preparation and placing of deceased in a cotton garment

4. Simple direct disposal capsule suitable for cremation

5. If required, identification at our After Care Centre Highgate, Medina or Mandurah facilities for up to 15 minutes and no more than 3 people (identification time is at our discretion)

6. Cremation – including Cremation Permit and Cremation Fee (cremation booking time is at our discretion)

7. Registration of death and certified copy of Death Certificate

8. Medical Papers from Medical Practitioner

9. Cremation urn

11. Incomplete Certified Copy of Death Certificate

12. Funeral Notice

13. Embalming or dressing Deceased in own clothing

14. Please be aware, you are not able to add or pay for yourself additional items including:

1. Funeral Service, e.g.: no clergy, no celebrant, no music and no DVD/AV presentation
2. Extension of ID time (no more than 15 minutes and 3 people)
3. Funeral Director not permitted to collect Ashes from Cemetery

16. Failure to pay on time will result in automatic termination of contract

17. The Client must provide information requested in a timely manner

18. No alterations to package (including see item 14 above)

19. Prepaid Funeral option available. Administration fee $385 and Cemetery surcharge $339 applies

20. Additional charge of $3.09/per kilometre if place of death is more than 70km from our Highgate or Mandurah Mortuary (specialised transfer vehicle)
