Mark Worthington is considered one of the most accomplished Australian basketball players of his generation. Representing Australia at two Olympics and a Commonwealth Games, playing 11 seasons in the National Basketball League (NBL)… not to mention several individual and team awards!
Born in Bunbury, Western Australia, Worthington started his career in Australia, moving to the United States to continue his journey, then back home to play in the NBL. Worthington is a legend of Australian basketball, who achieved his dream of playing in the NBL and beyond, an inspiration for many young players who aspire to follow his footsteps.
