Simon Black is one of the most decorated players in Brisbane Lion’s history, winner of 3 premierships and a Brownlow Medal. Retiring in 2013, Simon soon after became the assistant coach at the Brisbane Lions and with his new found passion for coaching he started the Simon Black Academy in 2017. Simons reputation of hard work and natural athletic skill was put to the test, when he competed on Australia Survivor in 2019.
