Jeffrey Gaitskell

Jeff, sometimes life seems so unfair and just plain wrong, and this is one of those times.
You, were in your element, enjoying retirement sharing life with the love of your life Thanya, and of course doing what you loved most playing golf.
Every time I came to Mandurah, we would try to catch up but somehow it never quite happened. I'd call you and you would say "I'm on the golf course" and I would reply "of course you are " it became our little running joke, and it always made me smile. It was always a pleasure to talk to you. You had a way of listening, offering clarity and perspective, and reminding me of what really mattered in life.
Thankyou, Jeff for your friendship and for the conversations and memories I will always treasure, I'm so sorry we never managed to catch up one last time.
To Thanya and all of Jeff's much loved family, my deepest and heartfelt condolences. My thoughts are with you all during this incredibly sad time.
Rest peacefully now Jeff, You will sadly missed and fondly remembered.
Kathy
